Applications
:This Oil seeds press machine is used to press and grind materials for extracting oil. Materials such as almond, sesame, coconut, sunflower, mustard, black seed, etc. are preferable.
How to Operate the Machine :
1) Turn on the heating switch & wait for 10 minutes.
2) Put the dry ingredients into the hopper.
3) Turn on the 'Squeezing' switch & start processing the oil.
After processing ends, hold the "Cleanup' switch for 20 seconds, so it'll be easier to remove the screw and then you can clean.
Cleaning Process :
1) First, turn off the power & power plug and wait for 30 minutes, let the processing chamber cool down.
2) Take out the pressing rod
3) Clean it with paper or cloth rinse and clean the pressing chamber with water.
Note : Never clean with alkali, soda, acid, or saltwater.
How to Store the Oil :
1) After the end of the process, need to put the oil in the 15°C temperature or above for one night.
2) Oil and thick liquid will separate automatically and it does not need filtering.
3) Bottle it and put it into the fridge or keep it in the room.
Note :
- Suitable only for extracting oil from edible seeds.
- This machine uses the cold press technique to extract oil from the oil seeds, i.e. the machine extracts oil by crushing the oil seeds at a slower speed, ensuring that the temperature levels don't rise during the extraction process. This helps in retaining the essential nutrients in the oil, which proves to be of more nutritional value as compared to the oil extracted using normal oil press machine.
