Loading Pastries : Place your pastries, cakes, or other confectionery items in the showcase on the display shelves. Ensure they are spaced out to allow air circulation.
Display Mode : The showcase will keep your products chilled while providing visibility through the clear glass panels. You can adjust the lighting as needed for better presentation.
Cleaning : After use, clean the shelves and interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals to maintain the stainless steel finish.
Maintenance : Regularly check the temperature and cleanliness to ensure optimal performance and product preservation.
