Country of origin: China
Description
The Commercial Suction Grinder, also known as an atta chakki, is used for grinding grains into flour. This flour mill works by creating a vacuum that draws grains inside the grinding chamber, where the crushing/grinding process happens. The suction mechanism automates the process of feeding grains by collecting the grains using the vacuum created by the machine's suction part, which helps to draw the grains without the need of any labor, ensures a constant flow of grains, and avoids clogging while grinding. The freshly milled flour from this machine preserves all of the vital nutrients, making it useful for human health and helping to prevent the undesirable hazards of consuming adulterated alternatives. This machine is equipped with a 4HP motor with a production capacity of 300-600 kilos per hour which makes this machine suitable for carrying out high volume commercial grinding operations.
Features
:
Automatic Suction System :The machine is equipped with an automatic suction system that efficiently removes flour dust and particles during the grinding process. This feature not only helps maintain a clean working environment but also improves the overall efficiency of the grinding operation.
Cyclone-Type Blower : It includes a cyclone-type blower that aids in the separation of flour from air, ensuring that the final product is free from contaminants and excess moisture. This design enhances the quality of the flour produced.
High Production Capacity : This machine has a production capacity ranging from 300 to 600 kg per hour, making them suitable for both small-scale and larger operations. This high throughput allows for efficient processing of grains.
