Usage
:
Set Up the Machine : Place the machine on a stable, flat surface. Ensure the handle and all parts are securely attached and ready for use.
Prepare the Dough : Mix semolina (suji), a pinch of salt, and water (or milk, depending on the recipe) to form a smooth dough. The dough should be soft but firm enough to be extruded through the machine.
Select the Jali : Choose one of the two available jali (discs) based on the thickness of the vermicelli you desire. Attach the selected jali securely to the machine.
Load the Dough : Open the hopper and load the prepared dough into it, ensuring it is evenly packed.
Start Operating : Turn the handle to start extruding the dough. The dough will pass through the jali, forming vermicelli (sewiyan).
Collect the Vermicelli : As the vermicelli comes out, collect it in a clean container or directly onto a tray.
Dry or Cook : You can either dry the vermicelli for later use or cook it immediately according to your recipe.
