Usage

 Initial Setup 

• Placement: Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface in a suitable location with access to a power outlet and a water source.
• Water Connection: A food-grade water line will be connected to the machine's inlet, usually with a shut-off valve. Ensure the water supply is clean and within the recommended pressure range.
• CO2 Cylinder Connection:
  • Securely place the CO2 cylinder in its designated area.
  • Attach the pressure regulator to the cylinder valve, tightening it properly with a wrench.
  • Connect the CO2 hose from the regulator to the machine's gas inlet.
  • Slowly open the main valve on the CO2 cylinder.
  • Adjust the pressure regulator to the recommended operating pressure 
• Concentrate Connection:
  • Identify the inlets for each of the ten flavour concentrates. These are usually clearly marked.
  • Connect the hoses from the concentrate containers to the corresponding inlets on the machine. Some machines use pumps, while others rely on gravity or pressure. Ensure secure connections to prevent leaks.
  • Place the set of soft drink concentrate mixes in a convenient location for easy replacement.
• Power Connection : Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet for the cooling system. Turn on the main power switch.
• Initial Priming: This usually involves dispensing each flavour until the lines are filled with concentrate and carbonated water, ensuring proper mixing and flavour.
