Usage
:1. Setting Up the Machine:
- Positioning: Place the sugarcane peeling machine on a stable surface where it can be easily accessed and operated without interference.
- Power Supply: Connect the machine to an appropriate power source.
2. Operating the Machine:
- Turn On the Machine: Switch on the power supply to begin operating the machine.
- Feed Sugarcane Stalks: Carefully feed one sugarcane stalk at a time into the peeling area (as shown in the second image). Ensure that you do not overload it, as this can cause jams or damage.
- Monitor Operation: Keep an eye on how well the machine is peeling the cane. If you notice any unusual sounds or if it seems to be struggling, turn off the machine immediately and check for blockages or issues.
- Collect Peeled Cane: As sugarcane is peeled, it will exit from another side of the machine. Collect these peeled stalks in a container or designated area for further processing or use.
3. Post-Operation Care:
- Turn Off and Unplug: Once you have finished peeling all your sugarcane, turn off the machine using its power switch and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
- Clean Up: Remove any residual sugarcane fibers or debris from both inside and outside of the machine using a brush or cloth.
Maintenance:
- Removing Residue: After use, remove any leftover sugarcane fibers or debris from the machine. This prevents buildup that can affect performance.
- Washing Components: Use warm water and a mild detergent to wash removable parts such as blades and hoppers. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the machine.
