Setup : Place the foot sealer on a stable, flat surface and ensure it is plugged into a power source.
Adjust Temperature : Set the desired sealing temperature using the temperature control knob. Allow the machine to heat up for a few minutes until the indicator light shows that it is ready.
Prepare Bags : Take the bags you wish to seal and ensure they are clean and free from any debris at the sealing edge.
Positioning : Open the sealing bar and place the open end of the bag between the sealing bars, ensuring it is aligned properly.
Seal Process : Press down on the foot pedal to activate the heating element. Hold for a few seconds (usually around 2-5 seconds) depending on the thickness of the material being sealed.
Release and Check Seal : Release the foot pedal after sealing time is complete, allowing the bar to lift back up. Check if the seal is secure by gently pulling on both sides of the sealed area.
Cooling Time : Allow a brief cooling period before handling or moving sealed bags to ensure integrity of seal.
Maintenance :
Unplug the Sealer : Always unplug the sealer from the power source when performing maintenance to ensure safety.
Regular Cleaning : Periodically wipe down the unit to remove any excess bag material or food debris that may accumulate after sealing.
