Short Description
Table Top Vacuum Sealing Machine
0.75 Kw Sealer Power Consumption
500 x 8mm Sealing Bar Size
Country of origin: China
Description
This table top hot bar sealing machine is a specialized device used in packaging applications, particularly for sealing flexible materials such as plastic films. This type of machine utilizes heat and pressure to create a strong seal between two layers of material. The “hot bar” refers to the heated element that comes into contact with the material to melt it slightly, allowing for adhesion when pressure is applied.
Features
:
Compact Design :Being table top models, these machines are designed for space efficiency. They can easily fit into small production areas or kitchens while still providing robust sealing capabilities.
User-Friendly Interface : This table top models come equipped with digital controls that allow for easy programming of sealing parameters such as time, temperature, and pressure.
Nitrogen Flush Technology : After achieving a vacuum state, nitrogen gas is introduced into the package. Nitrogen is an inert gas that displaces oxygen without reacting with food products.
Hot Bar Sealing Mechanism :The machine employs heated bars that apply direct heat to the material being sealed. This method allows for precise temperature control, ensuring that the seal is strong and consistent.

Usage
:
1. Preparation :
Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, flat surface.
Connect the machine to a power source and ensure it is properly grounded.
Set up the vacuum and nitrogen gas supply lines according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
2. Setup :
Adjust the settings based on the material being sealed.
Load the product into the sealing area, ensuring that it is positioned correctly for an effective seal.
3. Vacuum Operation :
Activate the vacuum function by pressing the designated button. This will remove air from the packaging, which helps in preserving freshness and extending shelf life.
4. Nitrogen Flush :
Once vacuuming is complete, activate the nitrogen flush feature. This will replace the air inside the package with nitrogen, further enhancing preservation.
5. Sealing Process :
After completing both vacuum and nitrogen flush operations, initiate the sealing process by pressing the seal button.
Wait for the machine to complete its cycle; this usually involves heating up and then cooling down before releasing.
6. Post-Sealing :
Once sealed, carefully remove packages from the machine.
Maintenance :
Regularly clean sealing bars and check for wear or damage.
Ensure the sealing machine is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
Inspect electrical connections for signs of wear or corrosion.
Applications
:
Food Packaging : These machines are widely used in the food industry to extend the shelf life of perishable products by removing air (vacuum) and replacing it with nitrogen, which helps prevent oxidation and spoilage.
Pharmaceutical Packaging : In the pharmaceutical sector, these machines ensure that sensitive medications are sealed in an oxygen-free environment, maintaining their efficacy and stability.
Electronics Packaging : For electronic components, vacuum sealing protects against moisture and contaminants, which can damage sensitive parts.
Cosmetics Packaging : Similar to food and pharmaceuticals, cosmetics benefit from reduced exposure to air, which can degrade product quality over time.
