Usage
:
Prepare the Materials : Ensure you have the carton strapping tensioner, 19 mm polypropylene or polyester strapping.
Position the Carton : Place the carton securely on a flat surface. Make sure it is closed and ready for strapping.
Cut the Strap : Measure and cut a length of 19 mm strap that is long enough to wrap around the carton with some excess for securing .
Thread the Strap : Insert one end of the strap through the tensioner’s feed slot, pulling it around the carton and back through the tensioner to create a loop.
Adjust Tension : Pull on the free end of the strap to tighten it around the carton. Use the tensioning lever on the tool to apply additional tension until it is snug but not overly tight, which could damage the carton.
Seal the Strap : Seal the strap with the strapping tool (not included).
Trim Excess Strap : After sealing, use the cutter to trim any excess strap close to where it has been secured.
